Bounce Back (also known as Bounce Back From It) is a repeating piano theme that bounces on top of a steady beat. This abstract, repetitive, robotic, mechanical, and somewhat dramatic music piece can be used for commercials, advertisements, or film music for those scenes showing actors building something or strategically planning and constructing. It might even work for a car chase.
I feature the piano repeating theme that doubles later in the verse to express going from working solo to having a little help building a project. I have the violin as an announcer backed by an underlying orchestral string section for the chorus, which sounds a little eerie and dark, but adds an urgent feel to the track.
Instruments: piano (featured), violin (featured), upright bass, drums (light), strings section
Original Composition: This is one of my original compositions. I am playing (or programming) all of the instruments you hear. I used Propellerhead Reason, my computer, and my Yamaha DJX keyboard to produce this track.

This is Moody instruMental Music from the Heartwashed collection. Heartwashed is also known as Heartwashed: Exodus to Genesis. This collection of Moody instruMental Music contains my attempts at making avant-garde music. (That sounds cool - avant-garde...oooooh.) Avant-garde is defined as:
"new and unusual or experimental ideas, especially in the arts, or the people introducing them."
Hey, I'm just making music as it comes to me. This stuff tends to be more "in-your-face" and rough, but the emotions are heavy and a bit raw. The instruments attack hard, but the music allows the feelings to run deep. I think I have some good mood changes in this collection.
About my notes: It's always funny writing out notes to myself about this Moody instruMental Music that I make. It's even funnier when I read what I write years later. These notes aren't meant to make a whole lot of sense. I'm just trying to capture something about the music at the time that I create it.

My love for contemporary jazz and Smooth Jazz has grown a great deal over the years and I have started to think of it as "Grown-Man HipHop". Smooth James is my collection of jazzy, piano moody instrumental music and it isthe start of a different musical path for me.

This is a collaboration I did with Tomislav Pensa, one of the members on ReasonStation.net.
Another one of my "complete makeovers", I re-arranged this piece as a groove and added the percussion, piano and violin parts. The acoustic guitar, flute and piccolo are the parts that inspired me to create a groove.
The ambient keys and house-style bass provide a nice backdrop for the chorus I created to make this part of the track sound like the lead is apologizing.
With this song, I'm saying 'I'm sorry' for all the wrong I've done and all the pain I've caused.
If I were to write lyrics to this, the chorus would go something like...
"Forgive me/ I'm Sorry/ Please, don't give up/ Don't turn your back on me"

What's good fam ? Yo I replied about that track earlier "When Im Gone". Man I need that joint super bad. I kept listening to it over and over and I already got a song wrote for it. Its about my grandmother that died while I was holding her hand and how I was rebellious but she continued to pray for me and I didn't give my life to Christ until after she passed. Man its mad emotional I was crying while I wrote it. Please get back at me fam.
