My mom got really sick. I left Ohio to help care for her in Florida. She is recovering very well but she still has a long way to go.

I go to the gym (Planet Fitness) as part of my daily routine to help with my mood/emotions. Awukhuzeki is in my Amapiano playlist and whenever the song comes on it just feels so good! I have no idea what the vocalist is singing, but something in her voice calls to me...deeply.

I have a minimal music setup at my mom's place - just my laptop. But I did this Awukhuzeki (Way Of Life Remix) because I want to Help One Person Elevate today.

I made "Way Of Life", a smooth groove, using an interpolated theme from "A Way of Life" found at around 4:56 of this video containing the original music.  In my smooth groove version, I recreated/interpolated the musical elements of the original theme by ear and added my musical style with various instrumentation.
